Service Description
Whether you are planning a date night or quiet evening in, we've got the babysitting covered! Friends, Families and Neighbors welcome for children ages 2 and older! Sign your child up for an evening of activities, dancing, movie and fun. Fundraiser proceeds the Nest Community School's operations and programming. Suggested donation of $30 - $40 per child

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy By completing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. All Sales Are Final All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. 2. Deposits Some classes require a deposit to secure your spot. All deposits are non-refundable and will be retained in the event of cancellation or no-show, regardless of notice given. If rescheduling is permitted and requested at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be applied to a future session at our discretion, subject to availability. Deposits have no cash value and cannot be transferred for cash or credit. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling by participant may be permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours must be sent via email before the session may not be guaranteed. 4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking and any associated deposit. No refunds or reschedules will be provided for no-shows. 5. Late Arrivals For classes and bookings that are time sensitive (trainings, hikes, classes etc.), late arrivals may result in reduced participation time or denied entry if the session has already started. No refunds or reschedules will be provided due to late arrival. 6. Cancellations or Changes by Us In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, staffing issues, or safety concerns), we will offer a reschedule or credit. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in these cases only. 7. Transfer of Bookings Bookings are non-transferable unless prior written approval is given by us. 8. Health, Safety & Conduct Participants are expected to follow all safety rules and staff instructions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund. 9. Acceptance of Policy By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
