Saturdays at the Nest

Our Saturday Care program offers a warm, play-based weekend option for families who need reliable childcare outside the Monday–Friday week. Held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., this program is staffed by a dedicated weekend team and rooted in the same Nest values you know—connection, creativity, outdoor play, and gentle rhythms that help children feel safe and seen. Saturday Care is open to both Nest families and the wider Spokane community.

Two Weekend Groups

Little Birds (ages 1–3 / not yet potty trained)
A cozy, sensory-rich toddler environment with slow transitions, nurturing routines, and developmentally grounded play.

Big Birds (ages 3–6 / potty trained)
A lively, imaginative preschool environment with collaborative play, studio invitations, and child-led exploration.
