Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Create harmony within yourself and your environment. Relieve and manage anxiety, stress, anger and the many situations difficult to navigate in your life. Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation is lead by instructor Deidre Catlin. 4:15-5pm, 1st & 3rd Wednesdays.

Wool Felting

There is just something so relaxing about it … taking a handful of fluffy wool, poking it until it molds into the shape you want. It's such a peaceful and restorative process! Nest Felting is lead by instructor Heather Villa. 5-6:30pm. TBA.
