Kicking off our evening with nourishing smoothies and enlightening discussions on healthy and holistic living! Join our very own "Guardian of the Nest"  Randa Doeppers upstairs for Smoothie Happy Hour!  5:00pm-7:00pm

A great way to relax and fortify before the holidays kick into full swing! Join yoga instructor Aiko Terao for some Restorative Yoga. 5:30-6pm and 6:15-6:45pm.

Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. Tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through emotions. Join instructor Mary Willard for Tapping to Touch Peace Within.  6:15-6:45pm, Holistic Healing Rm.

There is just something so relaxing about it … taking a handful of fluffy wool, poking it until it molds into the shape you want. It's such a peaceful and restorative process! Nest Felting is lead by instructor Holly Hicks. 6pm-7:00pm

Sink into the importance of Self Care and how to fit it in as a mama and/or woman.  We will also use some lovely essential oils and talk about a few ways to incorporate them into simple self care.  Self-Care & Spoiling the Senses- lead by instructor Deanna Doyle. 7:00-7:30pm

Create a sweet little pendant using up-cycled sheet music provided by Holy Names Music Center! Pendant Project lead by instructor Suzanne Bjork. 7:00-8:00pm

Charming Pendant Project

Palmistry is the intuitive art of reading one’s evolving journey mapped on the hands. Have your hands and journey tenderly held by Julia Hayes as she reveals what your palm lines have to say.  Palm Reading lead by Julia Hayes. 5:30-6:30pm, 7:30-8:30pm (15min. each)
