Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a series of 5-10 min holds on the floor fully supported by bolsters/ blankets/ blocks that aide in release of fascial tissue ( the surrounding connective tissue around your muscles) providing more mobility. Each myofascial release has the potential to increase a calming effect on the mind body and spirit.Join yoga instructor Aiko Terao for some Restorative Yoga. 6:00-6:30pm, 7:30pm-8pm.

Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. Tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through emotions. Join instructor Mary Willard for Tapping to Touch Peace Within.  6:15-6:45pm, Holistic Healing Rm.

There is just something so relaxing about it … taking a handful of fluffy wool, poking it until it molds into the shape you want. It's such a peaceful and restorative process! Nest Felting is lead by instructor Heather Villa. 7:00-7:30pm

Singing 3 part harmonies with ukuleles, featuring music from every era (Andrews Sisters to Blondie!) in the Spokane and surrounding areas. If you know the words, sing along! Featuring Hannah Thomsen, Tine Reese and Heather Villa. 8pm-9pm.

Guided Meditation

Feel empowered within your body as you call upon your inner being for wisdom. Using breathing methods, energy techniques and verbal cues, participants are invited to explore within and bring to life the essence of their highest self. Leaving you with the impact long after the meditation is over. Lead by instructor Bonnie Michelle. 6:45pm - 7:15pm

“Coming Home Ceremony” Services

The Healing Home will offer a 20 minute “Coming Home Ceremony” for a group of 3-5 people at a time. We will sit in a circle and do breathing and affirmation exercises and write a self-love letter. We will close with receiving them a singing meditation and energy healing.The Healing Home exists to be a cocoon for your metamorphosis and a catalyst for inner transformation. This home is here to hold you through grief and to be a lighthouse of hope that guides you to the rivers peace rising up from your own being.  Healing Services by Christine Anntoinette 5:00-8:00pm

While shedding light on the longings of the heart, participants create a deepened sense of community to uplift, connect and empower the loving voice of the inner spirit of self and our fellow sisters. Hearing the Way Guided Meditation

Animal medicine received through guided and active imagination illuminates your path, aligning you with your truth, your strengths and the deepest, clearest, compassionate part of your being. "This is healing, this is medicine." Guided Meditation lead by instructor Mary Willard. 6:45-7:15pm
